had very very good stay for this value with responsive staff and perfect location next to the metro stop. location: the hotel was very close to public transport and a coffee shop and walking distance to a grocery store. had lunch/dinner at domino's pizza, which i found at walking distance from the property. i booked functional and a nice size room with ironing board and several cardio machines and coffee table.

We booked a room with a view and the staff were consistently courteous. They offered wake-up service and ironing free of charge. The hotel had a magnificent location not very far from Krestovskaya Chapel.

Recently renovated hotel, I truly enjoyed its comfortable and perfect location.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. It had variety of facilities, including a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar etc...

Conveniently located near Rizskaya metro station, this place is a good value for the spacious rooms it offers. The atmosphere is peaceful and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food options. 🥐

Our room was upgraded to suit and it was super as we had 3 big dogs. Room was big, clean, cool (it was +36 C at daytime outside), staff was helpful and speaks well English.

When we arrived one of 3 lifts was not working and second day only one was working. So we had to come down with one dog from 15 flor by stairs, because lift was all time full and waiting for it took long time.

Location is very convenient to everything. Short walk to the Metro. Nice room, convenient bed, great view from our room on 11th floor. Did not hear street notice despite busy roads nearby. Friendly staff.

Elevator queues. There were two working elevators serving about 20 floors.

Everything was just amazing. The room was very big and spacious, very nice bathroom and perfectly clean. All the amenities were great. We appreciated the smart TV as well. Staff of this hotel speaks fluently English (not so common in Moscow) and they were really polite and handled everything perfectly. Hotel is very close to the metro,. Near the hotel there are some restaurants and coffee bars (5minutes of walk). Overall - amazing, I really recommend this hotel to everyone, I travel a lot and I am quite difficult customer, but this hotel will not disappoint you!

Almost everything was perfect. Comfy clean room, great location, although a bit far from the center, polite and friendly personnel. Not expensive.

Although the room was originally booked for 2 people, there was only one bath robe and one pair of slippers when we arrived. I'm sure we would have gotten an extra pair had we asked, but we didn't care that much:)

We were pleasantly surprised by the tea pot and free bottle of water in the room upon arrival. the location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. Plus, the room was clean and spacious, making it perfect for our romantic escape.

Our overall experience was marred by a few flaws. the mattress was surprisingly soft and uncomfortable for us.
